高磊，男，博士，正高级工程师，上海市园林科学规划研究院植保研究所所长，2010年毕业于华南农业大学农业昆虫与害虫防治专业，主要从事绿化林业有害生物防控、小蠹虫监测与治理等方面的研究及技术推广工作。曾获上海市青年拔尖人才（2019）、上海市绿化市容行业领军人才（2019）等称号，兼任复旦大学、华东理工大学、上海应用技术大学等高校的校外导师，中国风景园林学会植物保护专业委员会副主任委员；先后主持或参与国家科技部、国家林草局、上海市科委、上海市农委及上海市绿化和市容管理局等各类科研项目20余项，近年来在国内外专业刊物发表论文50余篇（SCI期刊22篇），授权专利10项，编制标准7项，编著图书4本（其中作为主编和副主编各1本）。曾获上海市科技进步二等奖（2/10）、华夏建筑科学技术二等奖（1/10）、中国风景园林学会科技进步二等奖（1/10；6/10）、中国植物保护学会科技进步三等奖（6/7）、萧刚柔森林昆虫二等奖等奖项。
